Byers Valley Escape - Luxury Custom Mountain Home with Private Hot Tub and Pet Friendly

Byers Valley Escape, is a custom built, mountain modern home locatedin the idyllic setting of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. This is one of only a couple custom homes in the community and its location, archeticure, and outdoor space are second to none. The home is also one of very few in the community to feature its own private hot tub! 


This custon built 3,605 sq ft multi level home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and a heated double car garage. The home sleeps 10 people. The upper level of the home includes stunning views out each window, a comfortable living space with a log (wood) burning fireplace and a flat screen TV, a large outdoor deck, Private Hot Tub and patio with a gas firepit and BBQ area, a dining area, a well equipped kitchen with a 20sf rantie island, and a half bath, The generous master suite with king bed also features a soaker tub and a steam shower, The second master, which is even larger at over 600sf showcases a king bed as well as an additional sofa bed. Also upstairs is a separate laundry room. The lower level includes a games room with a table tennis table and a movie theater area, a bedroom with bunkbeds, a queen bedroom, and a full bath, , a living area,  and a laundry area. 
This home is dog friendly for one dog. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. While we love dogs, please keep in mind that this is still a luxury home and the you are responsible for your pet and its behavior. Dogs must be trained to stay off the furniture. There is not a fenced yard, so you will be responsible for keeping your pet on the property and cleaning up after it.  Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. 

Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm

All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

This home is pet friendly for one dog. While we love dogs, please keep in mind that this is still a luxury home and that you are responsible for your pet and its behavior. Dogs must be trained to stay off of the furniture. Please note there is not a gated yard, so you'll be responsible for walking your pup and cleaning up after it on your adventures throughout the community. Our community takes cleaning up after dogs very seriously, so should we have to clean up after your dog we will charge you $250 to do so.  Basic amenities for your dog will be provided included dog bowls, a chain, and bags for your convenience. 
 

Our community is still a new and growing development so you may see construction traffic on occasion.
