Blue Sky Basecamp - 10 Beds | Resort Amenities | Deck + Patio w/ Mountain Views

Absolutely loved our stay at this property in July 2026 and highly recommend. Blue Sky Basecamp easily accomodated our extended family gathering of 10 people. Kitchen was well appointed and a nice modern space. The home was very clean and well taken care of. Appreciated having the upstairs sitting area as well as the basement couch area for everyone to spread out. The 6 bunk bed room was a fantastic space for all of our teens. Lots of extra bath towels were provided which we appreciated. Washer and dryer were great and super helpful given our week stay with so many people. The Aspen House is a great space and you should defintely take advantage of it. Great lounge spaces, ping pong, workout space, bags outside and pool/hot tub. Note there are limited hours for rental guests though (can be found in the guest book), I was not aware of that until we arrived. I might be wrong, however I do not think the Boat House has limited hours for rental guests. You can rent wake boards there as well. I appreciate hearing the cons of a place just so I know what to expect (no place is perfect): In the summer you can hear a bit of the main road noise down below. Luckily fans are provided in each room and it helped muffle the noise at night when windows were open. I do wish there was a hot tub on the outdoor lower level, that space is currently underused. They provided approximately 7 pool towels for a 10 person place, I'm sure if we contacted the Rental Staff they would have provided more. We have rented from Summit Sky Ranch Rentals multiple times and have always had a great experience with them. Truly beats going through them instead of a VRBO or Airbnb. Summit Sky Ranch staff were always quick to respond to our calls or texts and were very accomodating with any questions or needs we had. HIGHLY recommend renting from this group.

Second year we come to spend Christmas here and it’s always a smooth process to check in and all communications. The house itself it’s beautiful, very clean and organized. It has all the supplies you need to enjoy a good stay with your loved ones. We really enjoy the time spent here. We would definitely come back because it’s really central located.
