The Space
This 2150 sq ft home offers heated garage parking for 2 vehicles, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home sleeps 8. Built into the hillside adjacent to national forest and overlooking the valley below, with amazing mountain views from every window and private trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just a step away. The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private deck to take in fresh air and keep your eye out for bears, fox, and moose roaming the valley below. A true Rocky Mountain Experience!

Amenities
Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.
Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm
Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm
Visitation hours are subject to change
All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
