This professionally decorated 3,431 sq foot multi-level home offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and heated garage with parking for two vehicles complete with EV charging station. The home sleeps 8 people. The main level includes stunning views out every window, a master suite with a private deck, a guest bedroom with two full beds and a private bath, a gourmet kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a comfortable living area with a stone fireplace and a large outdoor furnished deck, a half bath, and a mudroom with laundry facilities. The lower level includes large windows with spectacular views, a second master suite with a private deck and a fire pit, a guest bedroom with queen bunk beds, a full bath, and a comfortable entertainment space including a wet bar, a wine cooler, a large flat screen tv and a large stone fireplace.

This home also comes equipped with an electric vehicle charging station!

Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private
hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm

All guests will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

The community is still growing and developing so you may see some light construction work being carried out in certain areas around the cmmmunity.
