The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

5 Stars - We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at the Keller Base Camp and it was "the perfect birthday" according to her. We had out-of-town friends visiting and they all really enjoyed the house, the community and the surrounding area. Working with Nancy and the HOA team was easy and professional, checkin was a breeze and the property was as advertised. We felt at home from the moment we arrived as the house is fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, and even a few bags of extra ice. The neighborhood was very quiet. The commute to Silverthorne and the local ski/boarding areas was easy and the local bars and restaurants were inviting with good vibes. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

Keller Base Camp is a brand new, beautifully constructed, thoughtfully designed and comfortable family home surrounded by beautiful, serene mountain vistas. Its in close proximity to Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco & Breckenridge. The entire house is very well appointed, with everything one needs for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We love to cook and enjoyed the state of the art appliances and well-stocked kitchen. The Aspen House communal club house is lovely... with workout area, lounge, games, pool and 2 hot tubs. Would definitely return and/or recommend to family & friends.

My family of 6 had a great stay at the house! The kitchen and house itself are FULLY stocked! Including plenty of towels, pillows, pots & pans, any kitchen appliance you could want was there and everything was in brand new condition! Very comfortable with awesome deck & fireplace!
