How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. Or you can call our office at (970) 628- 0075 and a team member will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, some homes offer a separte game room or private hot tub and all homes have BBQ grill. You will be able to enjoy a full-service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

What amenities are there?
The Aspen House (clubhouse), offers a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, gym, yoga/wellness room, beautiful lounge area and much more. For those feeling lucky take advantage of the private access to the River Blue, every fisherman’s dream! Ideal for mountain retreats, family gatherings and special occasions. A true Rocky Mountain Experience.

Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at (970) 628-0075 and a team member would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet. Those homes that are pet friendly we allow one dog only. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. 

What is the distance to the surrounding towns and ski areas?
The towns of Silverthorne and Dillon are just a short drive (5-10 minutes) from Summit Sky Ranch. There you can shop for groceries, enjoy the great restaurants, take in a show at the Performing Arts Center or browse around the Silverthorne Outlets. The nearest ski slopes are Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain each 20 minutes drive. Add a few more minutes to Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-Basin and Loveland. Lots of ski resorts to choose from! Surrounded by mountain and forests, Summit County has an abundance of trails to explore for beginners up to advanced hikers and mountain bikers. Meadows filled with wildflowers, panoramic views of the Gore Range and the surrounding mountains all make this a true paradise.
